We make our dough in small batches so delivery time may vary.  We hope you appreciate receiving a fresh product every time. Each dough arrives with:

  • Journaling and reflection questions on the theme

All of our doughs are infused with therapeutic grade natural essential oils.  No added chemicals.  Flour, salt, cream of tartar, Mica, Sweet Orange, Lemon, Geranium, Peppermint & Rosemary

60g is sample sized and enough to try out a scent, benefit from the ingredients and play with it

100g is enough to squeeze and fully benefit from the tension release, usually with just one hand at a time

250g is enough to squeeze and work out stress and tension, with both hands if desired
