3HARMONY stands for the highest quality and we therefore hope that our customers are satisfied with the ordered products.
Under certain conditions and in consultation with us it is possible to return items that you have purchased from us. You can only return products purchased via 3HARMONY.com. We can therefore not accept returns of products purchased elsewhere via a (web) shop.
Products must always be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt of the item. Please note that you can only return if the item is unopened, for hygienic reasons. If you want to return an item, you can report this to: info@3harmony.com. You must clearly state the invoice number and the reason for return. We will then contact you and provide more information and a return number. We cannot accept parcels without a return number.
After receipt of the return number and return address, you can return the item unopened within 14 calendar days, in proper packaging, with an original or copy invoice. Mention the return number clearly on the copy of the invoice and also on the shipping box. The costs for returning products are for your account.
As soon as we have received and assessed your return, you will be notified and we will offer a suitable solution.
