This particular Peace of Bamboo® breathing necklace is elegant, lightweight and simple, making it the perfect gender neutral gift. The bamboo pendant is 6cm in length and includes either a waxed cotton cord (black) or a silver chain necklace. Each of our breathing necklaces comes breathing exercises and instructions for use.
