This card deck was developed to support regular dialogue with all aspects of your 'self.' It can be used for self-development, as a supplement to yoga practice, meditation, or self-inquiry. The cards can also be used within a coaching or therapeutic setting.

- 7 energy action cards to combine with
- 7 cards which focus on activities to develop each aspect of self
- 70 theme cards - 10 for each aspect of self
- 14 coaching/contemplative cards to use in combination with the theme cards
