The third eye chakra helps you tune into and trust your intuition and imagination, have a sense of clarity, self-awareness, and emotional balance. When balanced, you trust your inner knowledge, which allows you make balanced decisions. Imbalanced can manifest as feelings of paranoia, issues focusing, having a closed mind, and being stuck in either rational or intuitive thought processes. Lacking trust in ones intuition or being too trusting are also signs of imbalance.
