♥About this design
This breathing necklace is made with real, natural White Jade gemstones (8mm) combined with silver spacer beads. In the center hangs a beautiful turquoise, 925 silver star. Length of bamboo pendant is approximately 6cm, combined with the attached component, the pendant is 10cm. It is attached with either a silver chain.This particular Peace of Bamboo has been named with the help of my French husband who grew up in the Alps - 'Snow Star' Etoile des neiges - the Edelweiss.
♥♥White Jade is known to make you feel calm and peaceful and enhance the energy of love in your life.
♥♥Snow stars - Edelweiss - have a symbolism of purity and innocence. It is widely used as a symbol of rugged individualism and exploring the wilderness due to its growth in the high altitudes of the Alps.
♥♥Together, this design is about a return to our innocence and our wild, free nature.

Peace of Bamboo has been developed by myself, a therapist, in the Netherlands to give people a meaningful tool for self care, which is eco-friendly, handmade, and helps to improve health and wellbeing. Each one is made to order, and I take care and pride in making these special tools for you so that you can have a self care moment anywhere you are.
Straw breathing has been demonstrated to reduce feelings of anxiety and to help during a panic attack. Our necklaces have been designed as a gentle reminder to breathe...And the length of the necklace allows you to easily grab hold of the pendant as an extra support for feeling calmer. If you would like another length, no problem, just let me know what you need.
