This card deck was developed to support teenagers and young adults to develop skills of dialogue with all aspects of one's inner family. They can be used for self-development, as a supplement to any movement based practice, like yoga, to support meditation, and facilitate self-inquiry. The cards can also be used within a coaching or therapeutic setting, or as a parenting conversation tool.
It includes:
- a set of instructions on how to use the cards
- description cards of 7 aspects of self
- 7 energy action cards to combine with
- 7 cards which focus on activities to develop each aspect of self
- 70 theme cards - 10 for each aspect of self
- 14 coaching/contemplative cards to use in combination with the theme cards
- 7 Food assessment cards with suggestions for imbalance
