'What I Knead'® AromaTherapy Dough enhances your mood, relieves stress all by squeezing, squishing and kneading the dough in your hands.  It relieves stress through the senses with its aromatic scent, soft, pliable texture and vibrant color.
Our dough helps you to refocus, rebalance and restore due to the inclusion of essential oils especially selected to help you center yourself.  As you knead, you release built up tension and stress and keep your fingers working, which brings you into your body.  
We make our dough in small batches so delivery time may vary.  We hope you appreciate receiving a fresh product every time.
Each dough arrives with:
  • A card with instructions on how to use
  • Journaling and reflection questions on the theme
  • A bamboo spatula stick for scooping out/playing with the dough
  • A 15-minute audio meditation on the topic
  • Its own organza gift bag

Our products are intention focused, which means that you can use them to also work on a specific topic or theme.  With this particular product, you will be reflecting on questions related to challenges and strengths in being & feeling centered, and what you need to support you. By asking yourself these questions as you knead our dough, you will come closer to the answers through focus. This particular blend is made with ingredients to help you feel connected to yourself and to be set and maintain appropriate boundaries. 

All of our doughs are infused with therapeutic grade natural essential oils.  No added chemicals.  Flour, salt, cream of tartar, Mica, Neroli, Lavender, Spearmint, Palmarosa, Frankincense, and Geranium.  Contains gluten. 

60g is sample sized and enough to try out a scent, benefit from the ingredients and play with it

100g is enough to squeeze and fully benefit from the tension release, usually with just one hand at a time

250g is enough to squeeze and work out stress and tension, with both hands if desired
